Reserving your session

A £100 deposit secures your date and is deducted from your collection price. The remaining balance is paid before you download your gallery, or in person at the studio.

Changing or cancelling

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date with at least 48 hours' notice. Newborn bookings move with your baby's arrival at no charge. If your little one is unwell, please let us know and we'll rearrange.

Weekends and travel

Weekend sessions carry an additional £50. Travel within 15 miles of Ongar is included; 15 to 30 miles is £25 and beyond 30 miles is £50.

Collections and extras

Collections may be upgraded at any time by paying the difference. Extra photographs, albums and prints can be added from your gallery. Launch prices apply to our first families; standard prices apply thereafter. You will always pay the price agreed at booking.

Delivery

Your edited gallery is delivered the next working day after your session, at no extra cost. Galleries stay online for 90 days; please download your photographs within that time.

Photographs and privacy

Your gallery is private. We share photographs publicly only with your written permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
